Carol's house was perfect for our extended family! With 3 floors and plenty of bedrooms and other sleeping accomodations, each family had their own area essentially. And the garage area was perfect for the teens' activities, with every game imaginable! They especially liked the electronic game table in the basement!

We also loved that the pool was walking or golf cart (included in price this summer!), distance! The beaches were so enjoyable with provided life jackets, towels and other necessary items. Another great available activity was the included kayak boats! Adults and kids both enjoyed those.

Carol and Mike were both VERY accessible and so kind the entire week our family was there. Thanks to our Hostess, our family had a wonderful time all together for the first time in a very long time :)

Fantastic! The kitchen was equipped with everything needed including all the makings for s'mores. I had my family of 16 in the home and had plenty of room for us all. The host wrote a warm, welcoming card for us, making us feel like we were really appreciated as guests and not just some business deal. There was so much to do, we didn't even get to do it all. The kids really enjoyed the game room, and game table! Kayaking was also a favorite. We communicated with our host often. I would give this a 10/10. I hope to come back again and I would definitely book with Carol. ABOVE & BEYOND host, she made you feel like you were dealing with a friend.

Hi best week ever! We were privileged to be the first guests in this amazing home. It was the perfect place for all 11 of us-adults , toddlers and even an infant. We were all able to have privacy, great sleeping with roomy accommodations and even space to get away from each other including three separate floors, a finished garage filled with a large screen tv, game table, bikes, etc. The hosts were amazing! They responded immediately to any question/request we had. They even provided kayaks and a golf cart. This was by far the very best experience. we've had with vacation rentals. Can't wait to come back!

Such a great stay! The home is gorgeous with everything you’d need down to life jackets and beach chairs. We really enjoyed the upper deck and fire pit outside. The only downside was going home.

Dream House...every conceivable item in the house made our stay so easy including a Tesla charger for our two cars. The floor plan was excellent as it allowed kids to be in different areas. The golf cart was a big hit with kids as were the bicycles, towels and beach chairs. The garage was a kid's dream come true with video games on two huge screens. Already booking for next year. Mike and Carol are both excellent hosts!
